Doug Goff Retirement Symposium

After 35 years of working as a Professor in the Department of Food Science at the University of Guelph, Doug Goff has retired. To honour his dedication and support to the Department and the food science community, we’re hosting a one-day symposium featuring approximately twelve presentations, a lunch break, and a reception following the final presentation. The lunch break and reception will provide an opportunity for attendees to interact with Dr. Goff on a personal level. The presentations will cover the latest research and technical updates on various topics, and each presenter will take a few minutes to acknowledge Dr. Goff‘s dedication and their personal connection.
